If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Travelwedge Product, Tell Us Why and we can arrange for a refund or exchange.
You will need a Return Authorization Number for a return.
We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition.
Return Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
For Errors or Manufacturers Defects: We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product. A defective product is defined as a product that does not perform expected functionality. This does not include personal preference.
