30-Day Trial Period
You have 30 days from delivery to test the product and request a return if it's not right for you. During this trial, feel free to open, inflate, and use the pillow at home to evaluate size, firmness, and comfort.

Please note: Returned items should be free of stains, odors, tears, or damage, and returned deflated in their original or equivalent packaging.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect.

Manufacturer Defects
If your product fails to self-inflate, has a broken valve or hold air as designed, we'll cover return shipping and issue a full refund. This does not include damage from use, misuse, normal wear, or personal preference regarding size or firmness.

A Return Authorization Number is required before shipping any return.
